A little more shape and pull. For pushing through a long stretch.
Some stretches of work do not need quiet, they need momentum: the last hour of a task you have lost interest in, a long refactor, a pile of tickets, a run of repetitive work. This channel keeps a steadier pulse and a clearer shape than the rest of Longwave, without tipping into anything you would call exciting.
It is still instrumental and still mixed to sit behind you rather than in front. If you find yourself listening to it rather than working, switch down to Focus — that is the trade being made here.
The sleep timer works just as well as a work timer. Set it to 45 or 60 minutes, work until the music fades out, and take the fade as the cue to stand up. It is a quieter version of a pomodoro that does not need a second app or an alarm.

Focus is formless and almost static, so it disappears. Momentum has rhythm and direction, so it carries you. Focus is better for thinking; Momentum is better for grinding.
